EFT Stress Reset Workshop
Stress is not just a mental experience; it lives in the body, affects our emotions, and shapes how we think, react, and sleep.
In this experiential workshop, participants will learn EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a simple, evidence-informed tapping method that combines gentle acupressure points with focused awareness to support emotional regulation and stress relief.
Through guided practice, participants will learn how to:
- calm the nervous system in moments of stress
- reduce emotional overwhelm and mental pressure
- interrupt repetitive thought loops
- create more inner stability and clarity
- use EFT as a self-regulation tool in daily life
This is a practical, hands-on workshop. No prior experience is necessary, and everything will be guided step by step.
One of the strengths of EFT is that it can be practiced gently and privately. Participants do not need to share personal details or past experiences in order to benefit.
Participants will leave with a simple and practical tool they can apply immediately in everyday life.

Loving Kindness Meditation at Healing Tree Yoga in Quincy
Did you know that emotions such as anger, resentment, jealousy, guilt, worry, and blame can affect not only how we feel, but also our relationships - at work, at home, and in everyday life? When these emotions are held over time, they can weigh heavily on us and may even contribute to deeper emotional or physical imbalances.
In this unique workshop, join LingYee Liu for a gentle yet powerful exploration of how emotions influence our inner state and overall well-being. You’ll gain insight into why emotions have such a strong impact on us; both consciously and unconsciously.
You will then be guided through a deeply restorative Loving Kindness Meditation, designed to help you release and let go of emotional patterns and energies you may or may not even be aware of.
To support this process, a specially crafted blend of aromatherapy oils will be used to enhance relaxation and assist in emotional release.
